Built on a real shop floor

The shop floor board
your team actually uses

Storeboard puts the opening checklist, the schedule, your standard procedures and bulk orders on one screen by the register — so nothing lives in a group text, a sticky note, or somebody's head.

Cancel any time · Set up in an afternoon

Everything the shift needs, on one screen

Designed for a touchscreen by the register, not a laptop in the back office.

Opening & closing checklists

Tasks that repeat on the days you choose, tick off in one tap, and switch between shifts automatically at midday.

📅

The week's schedule, posted

Upload the schedule and the whole team can see who's on, plus deliveries and events on the days they land.

🔔

Reminders that find the right person

Set a time and the task flashes on the board. Send it to Slack and it goes to whoever the schedule says is working then.

📖

Standard operating procedures

Write once how the register gets closed, how a refund is processed, who to call when the cooler alarms — then staff read it on the board instead of asking.

📦

Bulk orders, start to pickup

Take a multi-item bulk request at the counter, price it, confirm carry and invoice, then close it out on pickup.

🧩

You decide the layout

Drag sections where you want them, resize them, hide what you don't need — then publish it to the floor.

Simple pricing, per location

Per location, billed monthly. Unlimited staff on the board. Cancel whenever.

Questions worth asking

What do we need to run this?

Any computer with a browser and a screen your team can reach — a touchscreen by the register works best. There's nothing to install, and staff don't need their own logins to use the board.

Does my team need to learn new software?

Not really. The board shows the shift's checklist and notes; tapping a circle ticks something off. The parts that need setting up live in the admin panel, which is for you, not them.

Is our data separate from other stores?

Yes — each store gets its own database, not a shared table with a label on it. Your data is never in the same place as another customer's.

Do we have to use Slack?

No. Slack is optional and used for reminders. Without it, tasks still flash on the board at the time you set.

Can we get our data out?

Yes. It's your data, and you can ask for an export at any time.

Put the whiteboard out of a job

Storeboard was built for a working general store, on the floor, with the people using it.
